A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a crash that occurred about 5:43 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 15, along SR2004 (Tumbling Run Road), a mile west of Guers Dairy, in Blythe Township.

State police at Frackville said Carl Roman, 69, of Orwigsburg, was driving a 2010 Ford Fusion when it left the road and struck an embankment. The vehicle did not sustain any damage.
