A Carbon County man died in an apparent drowning incident at Beltzville State Park on Wednesday. He was the third person to die in the waters of the county in a four-day period.

Carbon County Coroner Bruce Nalesnik identified the victim as William K. Andrews III, 25, of 105 Barbara Ave., Lehighton, Towamensing Township.
