Loud music

A Summit Hill juvenile was cited after he failed to turn down loud music.

According to Summit Hill police on July 6, at 4:56 p.m., officers received a complaint of loud music coming from 208 E. Hazard St. When officers arrived at the residence to ask the owner to turn down the music, they could hear the music as they exited the cruiser. No one answered the door to the home.

It was later learned that the 16-year-old male was having a party in the house.

He was charged with disorderly conduct.
