Retail theft arrest reported in Monroe

State police at Fern Ridge reported on a retail theft arrest made by troopers at a Monroe County business.

Troopers responded to the Rite Aid pharmacy, located at the intersection of state routes 209 and 115, in Chestnuthill Township, about 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, for a theft incident.

Troopers were told by store personnel that Donna Ann Rodriguez, of Blakeslee, had walked out of the store with merchandise valued at $77.94 without paying for it.

She was issued a citation and released, troopers said.
