Girardville driver facing DUI in Rush
A Girardville man faces charges following an incident in Rush Township on Tuesday.
David Rockwell Jr., 33, was traveling on Marian Avenue at 1:09 a.m. when he was stopped by township police. He was transported to the police station for a portable breath test, which indicated he had a blood-alcohol content of .098 percent.
He will be cited for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.
