Schuylkill driver facing DUI count

A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 1:59 a.m. on Saturday, April 7, along SR183 in Cressona.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Zachary Daniel Shaw, 21, of Auburn, was stopped at that location for suspicion of DUI of a controlled substance. He was placed under arrest and later released with charges pending.
