7 enter guilty pleas

Seven defendants whose criminal cases were scheduled to be brought to trial, waived a jury trial and changed their pleas to guilty before Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin in the Schuylkill County Court.

Danielle Betty Wildermuth, 29, Pottsville, on a charge of theft from Martin's Farm Market, Wayne Township, was sentenced to serve 12 months on probation, and pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (CJEA). On a charge of receiving a stolen bike received a concurrent 12 months probation sentence.Renee Leann Bogden, 45, Pottsville, on a charge of theft of personal property from a private home on N. Second St., Pottsville, was placed on probation 12 months, pay $50 CJEA, perform 20 hours of community service, and make restitution of $103 to Kimberly Maro, the victim.Rina Marie Sementilli, 31, Pottsville R.1, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, criminal conspiracy and obstructing the administration of law enforcement. Judge Dolbin ordered a pre-sentence investigation (PSI) by the adult probation department and deferred sentencing to May 30.Sammy Jo Rohrbach, 25, Pottsville, on a charge of disorderly conduct was placed on probation 12 months, and pay $50 to CJEA.Jeffrey Leon Alexander, 43, an inmate in the state correctional institution in Mahanoy Township, entered a guilty plea to a charge of indecent exposure in front of a counselor/psychologist. Judge Dolbin ordered a PSI and deferred sentencing to May 30.Cassidy Robert Long, 29, Saint Clair, pleaded guilty to DUI of alcohol and operating a vehicle without an official inspection certificate. Judge Dolbin ordered a PSI prepared and deferred sentencing to May 30.Dominic J. Leo, 49, Shenandoah, on a charge of theft was given credit for spending six days in the county prison and was released on parole for 12 months, and pay $50 to CJEA.Each defendant sentenced must also pay additional court costs and a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation or parole.
