A speeding stop has led to a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) against the driver.

State police at Fern Ridge said Michael A. Rivera, 26, of Tannersville, was stopped along SR715, near Interstate 80, in Pocono Township, Monroe County, for going 70 miles-per-hour in a 45 zone. Rivera was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI, troopers said.

Charges will be filed.
