Bill and Denise Hubbs of Odessa, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Shanna Leigh Hubbs of Port Allegany, Pa., to Eric Marshall Danielson, also of Port Allegany.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Watkins Glen High School, N.Y.; a 2008 graduate of Mansfield University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in music education; and is currently enrolled at Edinboro University, where she is working toward a master's degree in education leadership.She is employed by the Cameron County School District in elementary band.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Rodger and Diane Danielson of Palmerton. He is a 2000 graduate of Palmerton High School; a 2004 graduate of Gettysburg College, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in classical studies; and a 2009 graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where he earned his master's degree in English.He is employed as the assistant director of financial aid at St. Bonaventure University.A May 26, 2012 wedding is planned.
