Thomas Nealon, 26, of Philadelphia, sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash Sept. 22 at 11:50 p.m. on Kroucher Road in Jackson Township, Monroe County, according to state police at the Fern Ridge barracks.

Police said he was transported to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, in the Suburban Ambulance after he fled the scene of the accident but was located a short distance away by Pocono Township police at the residence of the owner of the vehicle.

Police said he was westbound on Kroucher Road in a 2003 Toyota Sienna when he lost control of the vehicle while it rounded a curve. The car traveled off the highway and collided with a large tree before crossing the road sideways and rolling over onto its driver's side.
