Lehighton police report arrests

Lehighton police reported on several arrests made by officers.

Chris A. Frey, 31, of 182B S. Second St., Lehighton, was cited for passing bad checks at Mallard Market, 161 S. Second St. The incidents occurred on July 26 and 28.Jesse O. Brown, 34, and Raquel M. Brown, 41, both of 324 N. Fifth St., were cited for a violation of a borough ordinance by allowing a vehicle to be parked on their property with an expired inspection sticker.An 11-year-old male from Lansford was cited for disorderly conduct as the result of a incident with another student that occurred at the Behavioral Health Associates facility on Alum St. The incident occurred on Sept. 16 about 11 a.m.Adam R. Tobias, 22, of 116 Silk St., Jim Thorpe, was cited for disorderly conduct after making unreasonable noise and using obscene language. The incident occurred on Sept. 16 about 11:20 p.m. in the vicinity of 715 Coal St.A 15-year-old male and a 16-year-old female, both from Lehighton, were cited for underage drinking on Sept. 17 about 12:30 a.m. The incident occurred in the vicinity of S. First St.John P. Klingaman, 34, and Jesse Nalesnik, no age given, both of 121 1/2 Iron St., were cited for harassment following a physical altercation between them. The incident occurred at their residence on Sept. 17 about 9:30 a.m.William J. Kostak Jr. and Jill C. Kostak, both of 232 North St., rear, were cited for harassment following a physical contact against another individual. The incident occurred near their residence on Sept. 17 about 12:30 p.m.
