Penn Kidder Area Council of the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce and Blue Mountain Moments are sponsoring a business card exchange/mixer/ funraiser at 7 p.m. Tuesday Sept. 13 at Whispering Pines catering hall, Route 903, Penn Forest Township at the Penn Forest No. 1 fire company. The event is open to all business owners, and is free of charge. The speaker is Dina Tulli-Davis of Jumpspark Creative Group, who will give a brief talk on "How to Be an Effective Guerrilla Marketer in Today's Economy"
