Having a safe alternative to "Trick or Treat" was the emphasis for the third annual Lehighton Area Lioness Lions Club Halloween Spooktacular Party. The party was held Wednesday at the Lehighton Recreation Center. While at the event, children receive candy, treats and played "goolish" games. There was also a parade with several children judged to be winners in the costume categories, Justine Pauker, prettiest; Zeva Ann Coony, cutest; Miranda Pettit, funniest; Makella Szozda, most original; and Tyler Sweeney, scariest.
