Elmer Frantz was the 2011 Eldred Township Halloween Parade Grand Marshall. A life-long resident of Kunkletown and former president of the Eldred Township Veteran's Commission, Elmer says he had a grand time as he waved to the crowds from Melvin Frable's Volkswagen Karmann Ghia.
