A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 10:58 p.m. on Oct. 13 in Ross Township.

State police at Lehighton said Paul Joseph Palisoc Sr. and Paul Joseph Palisoc Jr., both of the 700 block of Timberline Drive, Lake Harmony, went to the residence of Joseph Paul Randolph, who resides in the 300 block of Vista Circle.

Palisoc Sr. was a passenger driven by Palisoc Jr. who pulled into the driveway. Palisoc Sr. went to Randolph's residence to retrieve his juvenile daughter, who ran away from home and was staying with Randolph, who was identified as her boyfriend.

Troopers allege that Randolph kicked the drivers' side front window of the vehicle which caused the glass to smash and send pieces into the eyes and skin of both Palisocs.

The two fled the scene and contacted police. Troopers said Randolph has been charged with two counts each of simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment and one count of criminal mischief.
