Hasty words by a 62-year-old Summit Hill man in Carbon County Court this morning resulted in cancellation of his plans for the next six months. Judge James C. McCready revised a sentence in acquiesence to the defendant's demands for jail in lieu of freedom. "I'll take jail," said George Hollar, after he was given a six month suspended jail sentence on a charge of assault and battery preferred by his 62-year-old brother, William Hollar, also of Summit Hill.
