Loud music leads to conduct citation

A Tamaqua man was cited on Friday, Oct. 7, after police made repeated trips to his home after receiving complaints about loud music.

Officers were first dispatched to 132 W. Spruce St. at 8:44 p.m. when neighbors called to complain about the loud music. After speaking to the officers, the resident, later identified as Christopher Condrack, 41, did indeed turn down the volume.

The second complaint was made at 9:04 p.m. and the volume was lowered when police arrived.

A third call was made at 10:23 p.m. and this time officers cited Condrack for disorderly conduct.
