Found cited for liquor violations

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported the arrest of four individuals for liquor law violations.

Police said on Sept. 17 about 9 p.m. officers were working a special detail for underage drinking and adult selling liquor to minors. At the time and date stated officers observed a male enter the Wine & Spirits Store, in Mt. Pocono, and coming out of the store carrying two plastic wine and spirit bags. He was then observed giving the bags to three juveniles.

The juveniles got into a vehicle and left but were stopped along SR940. Police found the juveniles to be underage and in possession of three bottles of liquor in the car. The juveniles were cited for possession of liquor by a minor.

The male was also stopped and identified as Dominic Madden, 21, of Tannersville. He was cited with three counts of selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors.
