Two domestic incidents have led to arrests in Monroe County. Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on the incidents, both occurring on Saturday, Oct. 1.

About 3:09 a.m. officers were dispatched to 1917 Mountain Road in Albrightsville, for a domestic incident involving two sisters and a boyfriend. Upon arrival it was found that Jenna Christine Burge, 23, of Albrightsville, and her boyfriend, Anthony Tobin, 24, of Jim Thorpe, allegedly assaulted Burge's younger sister after she confronted them about Tobin being in the house after her mother told her he could not be there.

Burge and Tobin shoved, punched and pulled the hair of the girl and pushed her down a flight of stairs, it is alleged. They then fled the scene.

Police later located Burge and Tobin and placed them under arrest for domestic simple assault. The two were lodged in the county prison in Snydersville pending arraignment.

The second incident also occurred about 11:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to the Mount Pocono Campground. Upon arrival police spoke with Marjorie Loehrs, who had sustained moderate injures. It is alleged that her boyfriend, David S. Williams, 56, of Sharon Hill, Delaware County, assaulted her after coming home intoxicated.

Williams was taken into custody and charged with domestic simple assault and placed in the county prison pending arraignment.
