Porky Pig - dead or alive - is a hot topic in Summit Hill. Mrs. Sue Dopira, whose brother and next door neighbor, Joseph Tirpak, of North Pine Street, owns th pig, question Summit Hill Borough Council about the disposal of its carcass, which is currently in a carpet-lined plywood coffin constructed by Tirpak family members. The 1,000 pound pig died Saturday night after his owner claims it suffered a stroke 10 days before. Borough officials said there is no health ordinance in the town to prohibit the burial in Tirpak's yard.
