As just one part of Olde Time Christmas in Jim Thorpe, visitors and residents are encouraged to send a Christmas card to an anonymous military person, addressed simply "Dear Soldier", by dropping a card in the Military Mail Box located inside the Jim Thorpe Railroad Station. Doing just that are, left to right, Richard Rodriguez, Noelia Moreno, Justin Rodriguez, and Alexa Rodriguez visiting from Miami, Fla. The cards, which are available free-of-charge at the Military Mail Box, will be sent to various military posts by "Soldiers' Angels" with postage paid by the Old Jail Museum. The program will continue through Sunday, December 11th.
