Woman from Bath facing charges

Heather Lynn Derohn, 34, of Bath, has been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks on a charge of criminal trespass.

Police said the charge stems from an incident that was reported to them at 7 a.m. Nov. 23. The victim is a 61-year-old Saylorsburg man who resides at 3048 Mountain Road in Ross Township.

Police said it is alleged the woman entered the victim's residence through an unlocked door and remained inside the residence until the victim discovered her lying on the basement floor.
