Connie Kemmerer and Jeffrey Reigel are wed

Connie L. Kemmerer of Summit Hill, became the bride of Jeffrey A. Reigel of Tamaqua, on July 23, 2011 at St. John's Evangelical Church in Mahoning Valley.

The Rev. Dody Siegfried officiated at the double ring ceremony. Colleen Rudelitsch presided at the organ.The bride is the daughter of the late Carl and Jean Kemmerer of Lehighton.She chose her sister, Bonnie Barry of Virginia Beach, Va., to serve as her maid of honor.Bridesmaids included Dottie Barthomew of Breinigsville, Pa.; Janice Reigel of Tamaqua; and Amanda Reigel of Hughesville, Md.Katie Reigel of New Jersey was the flower girl.The bridegroom is the son of Herb and Shirley Reigel of Tamaqua. He chose his brother, Herb Reigel, Hughesville, to serve as the best man.Ushers included Jarrett Reigel of Tamaqua, Tim Reigel of New Jersey and Darin Kemmerer Jr. of Lehighton.The ring bearer was Trey Kemmerer of Lehighton.Following the ceremony, the couple welcomed family and friends at a reception held at the New England Fire Company in Tamaqua.They honeymooned in Hawaii.The new Mrs. Reigel is a graduate of Lehighton Area High School and is employed at Penn Treaty Insurance in Allentown. Her husband is employed by Reigel Fuel Oil LLC in Tamaqua.The newlyweds currently reside in Tamaqua.
