Stolen guard rails sold as salvage

A Saylorsburg man has been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks for allegedly stealing guard rails in Ross Township and then selling them for salvage.

Police said Sean Seraceni of Saylorsburg has been arrested for theft as a result of the incident that happend between noon Nov. 5 and 2:50 p.m. Nov. 8 in the area of Lake Road in the township.

The victim is Hector Marrero of Las Negas, Nev.

Police said it is alleged Saraceni removed approximately 200 sections of guard rails and sold them at Einfant Recycing and Salvage.
