Nesquehoning Mayor Tony Walck buys the first poppy of the 2011 Memorial Day season from Poppy Queen Olivia Dacey. Olivia is the daughter of Ted and Lori Dacey and will ride in the Memorial Day Parade on Monday with the other princesses and king.
