Man injured after flipping vehicle in Ryan Township

A male driver of a green Subaru Outback was flown via helicopter to a hospital after he lost control and flipped his vehicle while traveling northeast on Tuscarora Mountain Road in Ryan Township just before 11 a.m. on Friday. Responding were Rush, Ryan and Schuylkill Township police. Hometown, Tuscarora, Ryan and Delano fire companies also responded, in addition to Luzerne II Medic and Ryan Ambulance. Hometown fire police closed the road during the cleanup and removal. The name of the driver wasn't available from police.
