Incumbent Lansford Borough council members have won their parties' nomination for election to three of the four open four-year terms, according to unofficial tallies.

The top vote-getter was Democrat Rose Mary Cannon, with 232 votes. Democrat Mary Kruczek received 212 votes, and Republican Andrew Snyder got 127 votes. There were also 102 write-in votes on the Democratic side and 54 on the Republican side. The names of those candidates have yet to be released.

In addition to Cannon, Kruczek and Snyder, Democratic Councilman Tommy Vadyak's term was also open.
