A Lansford councilman is facing a charge of harassment for an incident at a borough council meeting.

State police at Lehighton said Leonard Kovach is facing the charge for an incident that occurred between 6 and 7 p.m. at the Wednesday, April 13, meeting.According to Trooper Nicolas A. De La Iglesia, Kovach made a verbal threat directed at fellow councilman, Tommy Vadyak, during the meeting.No further details of the incident were available.
