Palmerton Fitness Center

The Palmerton 5k is over, but that's no reason to stop running. We have a 10K training program starting at the gym and we'll be meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 9 a.m.

The running schedule will be posted at the Fitness Center. This is a 15 week program.
