In a gesture that honors mothers everywhere, this year's May Queen at St. Joseph Church in Jim Thorpe, 14-year-old Lindsey McArdle, places a floral crown upon the head of the statue of Mary, the Mother of God, at the conclusion of the church's May Procession yesterday, Mother's Day.
