Theft and mischief incidents probed

State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating the theft of a dune buggy and two acts of criminal mischief in Monroe County.

Troopers said Wayne A. Migliaccio, 47, of Wellington Rd., Jackson Township, Stroudsburg, reported a red dune buggy was removed from his front yard sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20. The buggy has black roll bars and a black seat. It also has two number "9" stickers on each side, white in color.The mischief incidents occurred in the back parking lot of Dimarco's Bakery, located in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township. Troopers said someone damaged a copper pipe connected to an air conditioner at the business, which is owned by Joseph John Mimarco, 41, of Kunkletown. This incident occurred sometime between 7 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. on April 13.At the same location Lisa Marie Corbo, 26, of Long Pond, reported her 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt was damaged while parked at the location. The incident occurred sometime between 2:30 and 8:45 p.m.Anyone with information on any of these incidents is asked to call troopers at (570) 646-2271.
