Kidder Township police reported the arrest of a Philadelphia resident for burglary and related counts.

Police said Harry J. Parker, 28, was arrested on Tuesday, May 3, and charged for a break-in that occurred at the Harmony Beverage building located along SR940. The burglary occurred on May 24, 2009.Parker was arraigned before District Judge Joseph Homanko, of Weatherly, and committed to the county prison in Nesquehoning after bailing to post $50,000 straight cash bail.
