Graduates from PA Culinary Institute

Christopher Kweder, son of Jack and Peggy Kweder of Lake Hauto, graduated from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu program, in December, earning an associate's degree in Culinary Arts. The grandson of Charles Sincavage of Lake Hauto, he is currently employed as a Line Cook at Spiaggia in Chicago, Ill.
