Tamaqua Area School District officials are thinking about building a new junior high school. Eight school board members unanimously authorized superintendent Raymond C. Kinder to start interviewing architects who would be interested in working on the project. Board President Larry Neff said the architects will help them decide whether to construct a new junior high or renovate the current building.
