A Coaldale woman has been charged with drug law violations.

Alex Hannah, no age given, of 45 W. Phillips St., Apt. 205, was arrested Feb. 18. Coaldale Chief Tim Delaney said borough police and the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force arrested Hannah for selling Vicodin and marijuana to an undercover informant on two separate occasions in October.On Feb. 18 police entered Hannah's apartment with a search warrant and found a large quantity of pills and drug paraphernalia. Hannah was taken to District Judge Stephen Bayer's office in Tamaqua, where bail was set at $25,000. Hannah was released after someone posted the required 10 percent of that amount for her.
