Three persons victims of fraud

Three persons are victims of access device fraud, according to state police at Fern Ridge.

Troopers said Christine Moore, 46, of 180 Saginaw Drive, Pleasant Valley West, Jim Thorpe, Penn Forest Township, was a victim when someone gained access to her credit/debit card information and made several purchases in the Soviet Union totaling $759.68. The incident occurred between April 30 and May 31.

Robin Formato, 50, of 39 Highview Drive, Brodheadsville, Cnestnuthill Township, Monroe County, became a victim when someone gained access to her credit/debit card information and made two unauthorized purchases at a Walmart store in Easton totaling $215.60. The incident occurred on June 4.

Barry William Stenger, 33, of 113 Alan Drive, Effort, Chestnuthill Township, became a victim when someone gained access to his credit/debit card and book reservations at a hotel in the Dominican Republic without his knowledge totaling $761.63. The incident occurred on May 20.
