Korean Last Man's Club tribute

Members of the Shoemaker-Haydt Post of Lehighton American Legion Korean War Last Man's Club, organized on March 21, 1966, held their annual banquet Sunday at the Post to honor dead and living Korean war veterans. Their guest speaker was Rep. Doyle Heffley, who is also a member of the Sons of the American Legion. Pictured placing a memorial wreath on the Lehighton War Memorial, from left, are Last Man's Club President Robert Berger Jr., Randy Rabenhold, who provided the toast of the living, and Daniel Kurdilla, who provided the toast of the dead. Not pictured were Vice President John Williams, secretary/treasurer Leroy Goldberg and chaplain James Wentz.
