Christina Wanamaker of Charles City, Iowa, and formerly of Palmerton, became the bride of Daniel J. Wigant on May 14, 2011, in a ceremony at New Life Community Church in Andres Park, Charles City, Iowa.

Given in marriage by her family, the bride chose Melissa Bridges as her maid of honor. Megan Schreiber was the flower girl.Harry Bridges served as best man, while Landon Davidson was the ring bearer.The new Mrs. Wigant is the daughter of Doris Wanamaker of Palmerton. She is a 2008 graduate of Palmerton Area High School. She is employed by Chatauqua Nursing Home.Mr. Wigant is employed by Hussey and Company in Iowa.A reception in the church hall followed the ceremony.The newlyweds currently reside in Charles City.
