Summit Hill police issue report

Summit Hill police reported the follow arrests.

Edward Miller, 34, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12:45 p.m. April 19. Police reported that they were dispatched for a domestic disturbance at 120 W. Fell St. While at the scene Miller continued to act in a tumulous and dangerous manner and threatened police.Police charged Francis Celentano, 18, of 227 E. Hazard Ave., with disorderly conduct. Police said they received a report of a fight at the high school where Celentano was involved.Arthur Marrin, 18, of 41 W. Howard Ave., Coaldale, was charged with disorderly conduct as a result of a fight on April 13 at the high school.Denise Gresko, 44, of 208 Lansford Court, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and trespass by motor vehicle. Gresko was observed at 1:23 a.m. March 13 driving on private property on land owned by Lehigh Natural Resources. After the stop police observed signs of intoxication. Gresko was subsequently charged.Joseph Pellegrino, 44, of 128 W. Hazard St., Summit Hill, was charged after he was involved in a two-car accident at 3:42 p.m. Feb. 3 at Oak and Pine streets. Police reported that Pellegrino gave a false name and after investigation, he was charged with driving while under suspension, identity theft, false identification to a law enforcement official, accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, duty to give information and render aid, false reports to law enforcement, driver required to be licensed, carrying or exhibiting a driver's license on demand, careless driving, and driving while his license was suspended or revoked.Police charged Thomas Schaeffer, 46, of 233 Coal St., Lehighton, with a bad check count. Police received a report that Schaeffer paid for oil to Evans Oil Inc. with a check with no funds in the amount of $500.Police charged Troy Fairchild, 38, of 11 Willow Lane, Nesquehoning, in road rage incident on May 2. Police received a report that Fairchild was behind a vehicle and following too closely. He was charged with following too closed and drivers required to be licensed and driving while suspended.Samuel Degiglio III, 22, of 148 W. Fell St., Summit Hill, was charged after police investigated an accident that took place on April 6, where a vehicle went through a wall on West Hazard Street. Upon investigation police learned that Degiglio was intoxicated. He was charged with two counts of DUI, accident to unattended property and careless driving.Police are also warning people to lock their vehicles at cemeteries. On May 8, police received a report of a stolen purse from a vehicle, while the woman was visiting a grave at a cemetery.Police charged Donald Zarillo, 26, of 243 Hazard St., Summit Hill, with disorderly conduct. Police said they received a report of a domestic situation. Zarillo was causing a disturbance.
