Pocono arrests

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on two arrests made by officers.

On July 19 about 9:07 p.m. officers were on patrol in the area of SR196 and Carriage Square shopping plaza and observed a male urinating on the front of the Carriage Square building near the CVS store.

The male was identified as Bolivar Beltran, 45, of Tobyhanna. He was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

On July 23 about 12:25 a.m. officers responded to a report of a domestic incident at 150 Sterling Road, in Mt. Pocono. Police spoke with Patricia Rodriguez, 26, of Mt. Pocono, and her boyfriend, Caniel Moore, 23, of Saylorsburg.

Officers were told the two engaged in an verbal argument that became physical when Moore shoved Rodriguez. Moore was cited for harassment, police added.
