Mr. and Mrs. James H. McCauley of Jim Thorpe are celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary this week.

The couple was married on July 21, 1956 by the late Rev. Singer in Forty Fort Methodist Church, Forty Fort.Mrs. McCauley is the former Barbara Boston, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Owen Boston of Forty Fort.Mr. McCauley is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George McCauley of Jim Thorpe. He is retired from Bethlehem Steel.The couple has one son, James, and his wife Coleen of Jim Thorpe; and one grandchild, Matthew.
