Copper pipe taken from business

The theft of about 60 feet of copper pipe from a business in Brodheadsville is being investigated by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks.

The incident happened between 6:30 p.m. June 29 and 9:45 a.m. June 30 at the Poshe Salon, Rt. 209.

Police said someone burglarized the business by kicking open a wooden door leading to the basement of the business and proceeded to take the copper before fleeing the scene.
