Two Tamaqua motorists were among 10 who entered guilty pleas in Schuylkill County Court to driving under the influence (dui) of alcohol charges and were placed by Judge Jacqueline Russell.

Tiesha-Le Cristina Pagan, 24, of 108 Market St., was placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) probation program for six months, and ordered to pay a fine of $1,000, pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education (SAE) fund, $50 to Catastrophe fund, $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center, perform 20 hours community service, complete alcohol highway safe driving school, receive outpatient treatment and driver's license suspended 12 months.On a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana was given a concurrent 30 days probation sentence and for driving while operating privileges were suspended was fined $200 plus costs.
