Firefighters stress the need for snow-free clearance around all fire hydrants

Firefighters stress the need for residents to keep a 3 foot clearance of snow away from all fire hydrants. Tamaqua Fire Chief Tom Hartz Jr. stated, "every second counts when responding to a fire."
