Twenty-one permits were issued by the Schuylkill County Zoning office and the estimated cost of construction was $3.2 million. Fees collected totaled $6,215. Permits were issued to the following:

Derek Hartranft, East Brunswick Township, home, $181,500; James Spahn, North Union Township, two story residential addition, $110,000; Jeffrey and Fawn Reider, North Union Township, home, $258,000.

Nancy Gantz Miernicki, Union Township, 300 foot high guyed communication tower, $185,000; Dale L. and Sharon M. Roth, Washington Township, pole building, $10,000; Fair Acre Farms, Union Township, spiring water withdrawal with loading via pipe, $20,000; Donald and Michele Wilczynski, Washington Township, garage, $8,000.

David and Amanda Wenrich, Porter Township, home, $243,360; Mahlon M. and Louella W. Nolt, Washington Township, poultry barn, $122,000; Rex P. and Mary E. Klinedinst, Washington Township, addition, $25,000; Virginia Heppe, Virginia Perfetta and Thomas Heppe, Union Township, garage, $34,535.
