KThe engagement of Krystallynn Reis of Towamensing Township to John C. McCutchan, Staten Island, N.Y. has been announced by her parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Pat and John Reis of Towamensing Township. She is a 2006 graduate of Palmerton Area High School, and a 2008 graduate of LCCC, where she received an associate degree in business administration. She is currently a senior at East Stroudsburg University, where she is majoring in early childhood education. She is employed as a waitress at Sunny's Pizza in Towamensing Township.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Lorraine and John McCutchan of Effort. He is a 2004 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School and a 2008 graduate of Lehigh University, where he received a bachelor of arts in design arts with a concentration in graphic design. He is employed as the marketing coordinator for Mandalay Baseball Properties/S.I. Yankees in Staten Island.A wedding is planned for Sept. 21, 2012.
