Pocono Mountain Regional police reported investigating a rollover crash that occurred about 5:56 p.m. on Jan. 5.

Police were dispatched to SR423 in Tobyhanna Township and found a vehicle rolled over with the driver entrapped after going down an embankment and resting on its side.

The driver was identified as Gary Lesh, 68, of Pocono Pines. Police managed to free Lesh from his vehicle along with Pocono Mountain Regional ambulance personnel. He was flown to the Community Medical Center, Scranton, and admitted in stable condition with moderate injuries, police said.

Police said their investigation revealed Lesh was traveling southbound when the vehicle left the road and struck several boulders which caused it to roll over about four to six times.
