A Schuylkill County man has been cited for public drunkenness.

State police at Frackville said George S. Beaver, 56, of Ringtown, was found along Route 924 in West Mahanoy Township, about 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 10, lying next to the road in a highly intoxicated condition.
