Baldwin's proposed new DJ districts is approved
Anticipating cuts in the budget for the state's judicial system, Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin has proposed revising the magisterial districts in the county and his plan is the one being accepted by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
