Flagstaff Park will be the first stop when three Pennsylvania congressmen, federal officials of the Appalachia program, and state officials begin a bus tour of Carbon and Schuylkill Counties. They will be accompanied by members of the press and radio. A chartered bus will meet the delegation at the Carbon County Airport. From Flagstaff, the buss will pass through Bloomingdale Valley where a flood control and recreation dam is planned, then to Summit Hill and Coaldale. A lunch is planned at Scrafford's in Hometown.
